1. SELL THE PHOTOS DURING THE EVENT.

Our photo booth can print at 8sec a print. We recommend that you have volunteers and the master of ceremonies announce the booth and show prints to the crowd to encourage people to come to the booth and help raise money for the event.

 2. HAVE A CONTEST.

Our photo booths run a counter during the event. As part of your promotion you can tell people that every 25th person in the booth receives a special gift. Our booth attendant will monitor the number and alert the winner and MC after their photo is printed. This becomes all part of the excitement building at the event and helps encourage people to use the booth.

 3. SELL AD SPACE ON THE PHOTO BOOTH PHOTOS.

Be sure to mention the photo booth in your pitch to sponsors. One option that we have with our booth software is to randomly use different backgrounds on the prints. These different backgrounds could contain coupons or specials from your sponsors. Since these photos end up on fridge doors, bulletin boards, and social networking web sites. That’s a valuable advertising product with a shelf life!

4. BUILD THE PHOTO BOOTH RENTAL INTO YOUR TICKET PRICE.

Treat the photo booth rental fees the same as the other hard costs such as food, alcohol, venue, entertainment, insurance, etc and all the above initiatives will be pure profit!

5. Be Creative. 

We can work with you to raise the most money for your event with a creative solution. We can record the photos taken during an event so you can feature the highlights on your web site and in the following year’s advertising. You can even build a slide show for the following year. This creates excitement after the event and anticipation for the photo booth the following year.
